Paul Kolderie Discography
Paul and Sean have been making and recording music together since they met at Yale in the Seventies. In the Eighties they were founding partners of the legendary Fort Apache a rock and roll recording studio carved out of an abandoned commercial laundry store in Boston, Massachusetts.
Paul Kolderie and Sean Slade are continuing the tradition of Fort Apache at their new Camp Street Studio, taking the historic facility into its third decade. After a three day opening party in November of 2002, they got right down to business and have since worked with The Lot Six, The Tarbox Ramblers, Piebald, Read Yellow, Toots and the Maytals (with Bonnie Raitt and Rachel Yamagata), Hey Mercedes, Catie Curtis, Mission Of Burma, The Dresden Dolls, Kris Delmhorst, Avoid One Thing, Jake Brennan, The Figgs, Bill Morrissey, and The Steepwater Band, among others. The studio has also hosted Juliana Hatfield, Tsunami Bomb, Consonant, Tanya Donnelly, and The Explosion! Paul and Sean worked on the Toots and the Maytals album, "True Love", which won a Grammy in 2004 for Best Reggae Album of the Year.
Paul and Sean are most pleased to be back in the room where they worked with Radiohead, The Pixies, Morphine, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Tracy Bonham, Uncle Tupelo, Dinosaur Jr., The Lemonheads, Buffalo Tom, and so many more.
